Apostille and Consular Legalisation

Documents that have a legal purpose in a foreign country must be legalised. There are two types of document legalisation: apostille and consular legalisation. If a country is a party to the Hague Legalisation Convention only apostilisation is required. Otherwise, consular legalisation is required.

As a rule, document legalisation is carried out in the issuing country. Lingvo Plus offers legalisation services only for documents issued in the Russian Federation.
